The supercharger protection control system comprises a main oil way for connecting an engine oil bottom shell with a turbocharger, and a first engine oil pumpand a first one-way valve are sequentially arranged on the main oil way from the engine oil bottom shell to the turbocharger; the supercharger protection control system is further comprises an auxiliary oil way for connecting the engine oil bottom shell with the turbocharger, a protection oil way for being connected with the auxiliary oil way in parallel, a pressure sensor for detecting oil pressure of the input end of the turbocharger, a rotating speed sensor for detecting the rotating speed of an engine and a controller; and a second engine oil pump and a second one-way valve are sequentially arranged on the auxiliary oil way from the engine oil bottom shell to the turbocharger, and the controller is electrically connected with the pressure sensor, the rotating speed sensor and the second engine oil pump.
