The method comprises the steps: correcting historical hydrological data based on a constructedwater surface width hydraulic model, drawing a relation curve of the historical hydrological data and the water surface width measured by remote sensing according to the corrected historical hydrological data and the data measured by remote sensing, and acquiring the river ecological flow guarantee rate through calculation; meanwhile, combining the river bending coefficient obtained through calculation with the river ecological flow guarantee rate, and supervising and evaluating the reasonability of the river ecological flow of the target river channel. According to the method, the ecologicalflow of the whole river reach is supervised, the ecological flow of the river is rapidly supervised in a real-time non-contact manner, the cost is saved, and the supervision is safe and effective.
