Abstract

The invention discloses a network state data acquisition method and system. The acquisition method comprises the following steps: (1) detecting and recording RTT data of a user in real time; (2) detecting and recording bandwidth data of a user in real time by utilizing a blocking type bandwidth detection method, and recording network flow consumed by the user, wherein in the bandwidth detection process, if network congestion does not occur, the sending data volume is increased on the basis of the original sending data volume, and the downlink bandwidth of the user is judged according to the network congestion state; (3) recording the IP address and geographic positioning of the user; (4) classifying the users according to the IP addresses and geographic positioning of the users, and classifying the recorded RTT data and bandwidth data according to user classification; and (5) processing the data obtained by classification to generate an actually available data set.
