Abstract

The invention relates to the related field of organic matter synthesis, and particularly discloses a pretreatment process of a zeolite molecular sieve for synthesis of hydroxypropyl methacrylate. Thepretreatment process comprises the following steps: S1, calcining treatment; S2, alkalization treatment; S3, modification treatment; S4, filtration treatment; S5, water washing treatment; and S6, drying treatment. According to the pretreated zeolite molecular sieve, attached dust and impurities are effectively removed, so the pretreated zeolite molecular sieve is improved in the efficiency of catalytic synthesis of hydroxypropyl methacrylate, and convenience is brought to synthesis.
