According to the biological tissue embedding machine of the present invention, a filter cover is arranged on a wax guide pipe for conveying wax liquid; a filter screen cover is arranged in the filter cover; the wax liquid enters the filter screen cover to be filtered; the wax liquid passing through the filter screen cover can be discharged through the wax guide pipe;impurities in the wax liquid can be filtered and collected through the filter screen cover and then discharged through a slag discharge pipe; and therefore, foreign matters are effectively prevented from polluting specimens; and the the slag discharge pipe is designed, so that the cleaning of the filter screen cover can be facilitated.
