After the vehicleenters a starting mode, the normally-closed electromagnetic valve is powered on and opened, a high-pressure air source of the auxiliary air reservoir enters the two-way valve through the normally-closed electromagnetic valve and then enters the relay valve, driving wheel braking is achieved, and the vehicle is prevented from sliding downwards.
