Embodiment Construction

[0074] Implantable medical devices (implants) are ubiquitous to provide diagnostic or therapeutic capabilities. The method for comprehensively identifying ventricular fibrillation and electric shock of the present invention can be applied to implantable cardioverter defibrillators, subcutaneous implantable cardiac defibrillators, implantable cardiac pacemakers, and leadless implantable cardiac pacemakers , and implantable medical devices such as various tissue, organ, and neurostimulators or sensors.

[0075] The invention comprehensively recognizes ventricular fibrillation and electric shock treatment events after ventricular fibrillation through electrocardiographic signals, blood flow velocity and blood flow pressure. In some examples, the triggering of these measurements can be done automatically (e.g., without a triggering input initiated from an external source, such as based on a request initiated from the patient or from an external device by the physician), and based ...

Abstract

The invention discloses implanted medical equipment capable of identifying ventricular fibrillation through an electrocardiosignal, a blood flow velocity and blood flow pressure. The implanted medicalequipment comprises a sensing circuit, a storage circuit and an execution circuit, wherein the sensing circuit is used for sensing the electrocardiosignal, the blood flow velocity and the blood flowpressure; the storage circuit is used for storing an identification program for identifying ventricular fibrillation through the electrocardiosignal, the blood flow velocity and the blood flow pressure; and the execution circuit is configured to execute an identification program for a ventricular fibrillation event. According to the implanted medical equipment, the ventricular fibrillation event is identified through a weighted average method by means of three parameters including the electrocardiosignal, the blood flow pressure and the blood flow velocity, and the ventricular fibrillation identification accuracy and the electric shock treatment efficiency after the ventricular fibrillation are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the medical field, in particular to an implanted medical device for assisting identification of ventricular fibrillation and electric shock treatment events after ventricular fibrillation by electrocardiographic signals, blood flow velocity and blood flow pressure. Background technique [0002] Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), implantable cardiac monitor (ICM), cardiac pacemaker (cardiacpacemaker) or leadless implantable cardiac pacemaker and subcutaneous implantable cardiac defibrillator (SICD ) is an important medical device for the clinical treatment of persistent or fatal ventricular arrhythmias. [0003] Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) is an important therapeutic device for the clinical treatment of persistent or fatal ventricular arrhythmias, with supportive, anti-tachycardia pacing, low-energy cardioversion and high-energy Energy defibrillation, etc. [0004] At present, the perception of vent...
