The method comprises the steps of:obtaining a blood vessel image to be recognized; performing center line extraction on the blood vessel image; identifying the extracted center line by using a completely trained machine learning modelto obtain a name and a segmentation mark corresponding to the center line; segmenting and analyzing a blood vessel in the blood vessel image based on the center line to detect a target tissue; and positioning the target tissue according to the detection result, the name and the segmentation mark corresponding to the center line. According to the invention, the target tissue in the blood vessel can be quickly and accurately positioned.
