Abstract

The invention relates to a molecular mechanism and early warning application of an RBM8A gene influencing glioblastoma migration and invasion. 1) Western blot analysis of RBM8A expression in a glioblastoma cell line; 2) effects of the lentivirus-medicated knockout RBM8A gene on glioblastoma cell migration and invasion; 3) the effects of the overexpressed RBM8A gene on glioblastoma migration and invasion; 4) Western's blot analysis and detection of Noch1, phosphorylated STAT3 (p-STAT3), total STAT3 (STAT3), phosphorylated H3 (p-H3), and total H3 in the cell line that interfere with the expression of the RBM8A gene, and a Notch / STAT3 pathway is found to be a mechanism of RBM8A-mediated glioblastoma migration and invasion.
