Abstract

The shield body comprises a shield shell, an air pressurebin, a slurry water bin, a rotary jet grouting mechanism, a slurry spraying pipe, an air pressure pipeline system and a slurry pipeline system. The air pressure bin is disposed at the front end of theshield body. The slurry water bin is disposed behind the air pressure bin. A plurality of rotary jet grouting pipes are disposed in the air pressure bin. Rotary jet grouting working faces of the rotary jet grouting pipes are overlapped to cover an excavation face of a tunnel. The slurry spraying pipe is disposed in the air pressure bin and sprays high-concentration slurry to the excavation face so that a slurry protection wall can be automatically formed under the action of air pressure. A slurry pool is disposed at the bottom of the air pressure bin, and a cut soil body enters the slurry pool to be stirred and then enters the slurry water bin and is then discharged by a slurry discharge pipe. The shield device balances the excavation face jointly by the slurry protection wall and compressed air at a tunneling state.
