The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a changed link in a dynamic network; updating a topology tableof the dynamic network according to the two end nodes of the link; updating a routing table of the first end node and a routing table of the second end node by using a Dijkstra shortest path algorithm according to the updated topology table of the dynamic network; determining a to-be-updated node to obtain a route updating set; judging whether the route updating set comprises the ith node or not;if so, updating the topology table of the dynamic network stored by the ith node, and calculating a routing table of the ith node according to the updated topology table of the dynamic network; and if not, updating the topology table of the dynamic network stored by the ith node.
