Abstract

A supporting table is fixedly connected to the top end of the supporting frame, clamp assembliesare arranged on the edges of the two sides of the top end of the supporting table, and guide mechanisms are connected to the two clamp assemblies in an embedded mode. According to the hanging basketassembly putting mechanism, sorted hanging baskets are placed on a feeding belt, a feeding air cylinder is controlled by a one-way bearing to achieve hanging basket feeding and conveying, meanwhile, atension balancer pushes a feeding mechanism to move along a guide mechanism and convey the hanging baskets to a limiting assembly on the top side of the supporting table, and then suction cups are driven by a transmission air cylinder to stretch out to attract the hanging baskets; and then the transmission air cylinder resets, retracts back and releases the hanging baskets, so that the hanging baskets fall down through a gap between the feeding belt and the limiting assembly, the hanging baskets are put into corrugated cartons, great convenience is achieved, manual operation can be omitted conveniently, and the overall working efficiency of medicine outer packaging can be improved easily.
