Abstract

The invention discloses a finish forging die for a drive gear and relates to the technical field of forging and pressing equipment. The finish forging die comprises an installation base and a pressingplate. A lower die seat is connected to the upper end of the installation base through a screw, and a material ejecting supporting rod is rotationally connected to the middle position of the lower die seat. A lower die core is fixed to the middle position of the upper end of the lower die seat, and a half die ring is fixed to the position, located on the outer side of the lower die core, of the upper end of the lower die seat. Two U-shaped connecting parts are connected to the positions, located on the outer side of the half die ring, of the upper end of the lower die seat through screws. Oneends of the U-shaped connecting parts are rotationally connected with hydraulic push parts, and the hydraulic push parts and the half die ring are connected through rotating connecting parts. By means of the finish forging die for the drive gear, the hydraulic rods are arranged for driving an engagement gear to rotate in the device, the device can exert more uniform force on the engagement gear,and therefore the forging and pressing effect is greatly improved; and due to the cooperation of all parts, the engagement gear can be simply forged and pressed, and great convenience is brought to users.
