The matching structure of the powder diffusion bags and theconnecting arc-shaped rail plays a role in stirring and crushing, in addition, titanium dioxide powder in the powder diffusion bags is melted in the inner soluble capsule layer and then diffused on the outer walls of the powder diffusion bags; and then the titanium dioxide powder is uniformly dispersed in the mixed raw material in the stirring cylinder along with the up-and-down movement of the powder diffusion bag.
