An outgoing line of the power box is connected with a terminal of a winding, and the power frequency voltage is transformed and rectified and then provides heating power for the winding; the voltmeter is connected with a terminal of the winding and is used for measuring the voltage of the winding; the current clamp is clamped on the outgoing line of the powerbox and is used for measuring the current of the winding; the plurality of temperature sensors are attached to the winding surface to acquire the winding surface temperature; the temperature recorderis connected with the plurality of temperature sensors and is used for recording the change condition of the winding surface temperature; and the voltage adjusting knob is connected with a voltage regulator in the power box and is used for adjusting the output voltage of the power box.
