Problems solved by technology

[0003] When using a concrete rebound tester, the operator aligns the detection end of the concrete rebound tester with the surface of the reinforced concrete to be tested, and measures the strength of the reinforced concrete. Always vertical, the detection accuracy is poor, and it is inconvenient to use, especially when the force is applied by both hands, it cannot be strictly guaranteed that the rebound tester is always vertical to the concrete test surface, resulting in inaccurate results
[0004] In addition, when testing the base surface, multi-point testing is often required, and operators need to re-select points for testing. The detection efficiency is relatively low and needs to be improved.

Abstract

The invention discloses a multipoint nondestructive testing device for concrete. The device comprises a square adjusting base and a detection device body perpendicular to a detection base plane. A sliding frame is fixed in the adjusting base corresponding to the nine-equal-division line of the adjusting base; the sliding frame is internally provided with a plurality of sliding grooves which coverthe nine-equal-part center point of the adjusting base and are communicated with one another. A non-through detection point positioning groove is formed in the top of each sliding groove, corresponding to the nine-equal-division center point of the adjusting base, on the sliding frame, the sliding grooves penetrate through the detection point positioning grooves, and the detection device can freely slide along the sliding grooves and is positioned through the detection point positioning grooves. According to the multipoint nondestructive testing device for the concrete, a rebound apparatus canbe conveniently positioned and kept perpendicular to a testing surface during use, and in addition, multipoint testing can be conveniently carried out only by mounting the base once.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of engineering supervision and detection equipment, in particular to a multi-point non-destructive detection device for concrete. Background technique [0002] The reinforced concrete strength measuring device is a device used to measure the strength of reinforced concrete in the production process of reinforced concrete, and it has been widely used in the field of building construction; the existing non-destructive measuring device for reinforced concrete strength mainly uses concrete Hammer. [0003] When using a concrete rebound tester, the operator aligns the detection end of the concrete rebound tester with the surface of the reinforced concrete to be tested, and measures the strength of the reinforced concrete. Always vertical, the detection accuracy is poor, and it is inconvenient to use, especially when the force is applied by both hands, it cannot be strictly guaranteed that the rebound hammer is a...
