Abstract

The invention relates to an online transaction platform with transaction funds not managed and controlled by a platform. The online transaction platform comprises a transaction platform server and a transaction platform mobile terminal application, and is matched with a third-party payment platform to realize online transaction service. The transaction platform server generates an order page containing seller collection account information. When a buyer pays on an order page, a mobile terminal application of the transaction platform sends collection account information to a payment platform, apayment page is opened on a buyer mobile terminal after verification, the amount is input to complete payment, and a payment voucher is generated. The buyer submits the payment voucher and an order to a seller application on the transaction platform, and transaction is completed after delivery. The buyer payment information and transaction funds do not pass through the transaction platform.
