Abstract

According to the present invention, a secondary side coil part 22 has: a magnetic core 31 that has a circular cross-sectional shape at cross-sections taken perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction; and a plurality of spiral coils 40a, 40b that are formed by winding around a conductor to produce a substantially quadrangular external shape. The plurality of spiral coils 40a, 40b are annularly arranged (form a ring) in the circumferential direction of the magnetic core 31 so as to be adjacent at respective sides (40a1, 40b1), (40a2, 40b2) and to cover the entirety of a circumferential surface of the magnetic core 31.
