The delay optimization method comprises the following steps: adopting a data processing module for acquiring a data packet acquired by a data acquisition module and analyzing the data packet; performing specific analysis on node resources and time delay requirements of data transmission, and measuring round trip time RTT of each path and a change derivative value of the round trip time; allocating a data transmission quota to each path, and automatically allocating path resources and the number of data transmissionnodes through a particle swarm algorithm; and enabling a scheduler to distribute a transmission data packet according to the obtained data transmission quota of each path.
