The system comprises a plurality of nodes, wherein each node stores the copy of a part of power grid real-time data of a real-time database which needs to be accessed by each node or needs to meet the preset requirements of the access performance, wherein the power grid real-time data, except for the copy of the power grid real-time data stored in each node, of the real-time database are distributed and stored in at least one part of the nodes according to preset configuration, and all the power grid real-time data stored in the nodes form a centralized and distributed combined real-time database. According to the system, the processing speed of the instruction of the active power control system can be effectively improved, and second-level processing of the original system can be improved to the millisecond-level processing speed; instruction lifting is accelerated, the high-speed response requirement of power station electric energy dispatching is met, and then stable operation of power station electric energy quality isguaranteed.
