One or more embodiments of the invention provide a virus propagation risk early warning method, device and equipment based on graph calculation, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining contact data among all users, and constructing a contact flow graph based on the contact data; determining a positive patient in the contact flow graph, and determining a contact person of the positive patient, wherein the contactors comprise direct contactors of positive patients and indirect contactors of the positive patients, and risk levels are distributed to the direct contact person and the indirectcontact person respectively; and respectively carrying out risk level elimination judgment on the direct contact person and the indirect contact person. By constructing the contact flow graph, the positive patient and the contact person thereof can be quickly determined, the risk level of the contact person can be allocated, and the risk level of the contact person can be updated and eliminated in time based on the contact flow graph, so that the timeliness and high efficiency of propagation risk early warning are effectively improved.
