The embodiment of the invention provides a protective film stripping system, a control method thereof and a protective film stripping method, and the protective film stripping system comprises a steelneedle, a pressure sensor and a control device; the steel needle jacks up a protective film; the pressure sensor is connected with the bottom end of the steel needle to obtain the current pressure ofthe steel needle to the pressure sensor; the control device is connected with the pressure sensor and applies downward pressure to the pressure sensor, so that the steel needle moves towards the protective film, and the current pressure of the pressure sensor is obtained; and when the current pressure is not in the preset pressure range, the magnitude of the downward pressure is adjusted. In theembodiment of the invention, the pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom end of the steel needle and can obtain the current pressure of the steel needle on the protective film, so that the magnitudeof force applied to the steel needle by the control device can be judged, and the current pressure can be within the preset pressure range; and the problems that the protective film cannot be peeledoff and a display panel is damaged due to too large force applied to the steel needle by the control device are solved, and the peeling efficiency of the protective film is further improved.
