Problems solved by technology

The full-load weight test of an escalator (such as an escalator with a step width of 1m and a lifting height of 12m, which requires a full-load weight of about 7,200 kg) takes a whole day, and the arrangement of 3-4 staff, the higher the lifting height , the more weights required, the longer the preparation time, which is very time-consuming and laborious, and the detection efficiency is obviously low

Embodiment 1

[0082] The escalator in the home furnishing department store has a step width of 1m, a lifting height of 6m, and a rated load of 3600kg; the supervision and inspection needs to detect the stopping distance; two detection methods are used for comparison.

[0083] The first, conventional way

[0084] Arrange 3-4 staff members to transport 3600 kg weight to the designated place and carry it to the escalator steps for full load test; the measured stop distance under full load is 0.662 meters; it takes 4 hours.

[0085] Second, the recommended way of the present invention

[0086] Arrange 2 staff, will serve as light load m L The weight of 1080 kg shall be transported to the designated place and carried to the escalator steps for light load test; V=0.501m / s, P NL =3100W, a 1 =0.21m / s^2, a 2 =0.52m / s^2, a 3 =0.41m / s^2, substituting g=9.81m / s and the data recorded in the escalator instruction manual (θ=30°, rated load M=3600kg) into the following formula:

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of escalator related inspection and detection. According to the technical scheme, a method for measuring the stop distance of an escalator comprises the following steps that (1) during descending of the escalator in a no-load state, the stepped descending speed and operation power needed by a system for overcoming operation resistance are measured; (2)the escalator descends in the no-load state and then is powered off; under the condition that a working brake does not act, the average deceleration in the stepped stop period is measured; (3) the escalator descends in the no-load mode and then is powered off; under the condition that the working brake acts, the average deceleration in the stepped stop period is measured; (4) the escalator descends quantitatively in a light-load state and then is powered off; under the condition that the working brake acts, the average deceleration in the stepped stop period is measured; and (5) all measured data is substituted into a stop distance conversion formula, and the stop distance of the escalator under the conditions of descending and full load can be obtained through calculation. The method doesnot require a lot of weights, thereby saving a lot of manpower and material resources.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of inspection and detection related to escalators, in particular to a method for measuring the stopping distance of an escalator. Background technique [0002] The braking device of the escalator can stop the escalator on the floor in a short time. If the escalator with passengers suddenly triggers the working brake, it will cause the escalator to stop instantly, and the passengers will feel uncomfortable or have the risk of falling. To ensure Its safe stop, the national standard GB16899-2011 stipulates that under different specifications of the escalator, the braking distance of the escalator when braking in the downward direction should be between the minimum value and the maximum value. Newly installed escalators and escalators involving refurbishment and partial refurbishment of brake devices need to be tested with full load on the braking performance to verify whether there is enough braking capacity to...
