The frequency offset coarse synchronization module performs frequency offset coarse estimation by using an improved FFT-based frequency offset estimation algorithm, sends a frequency offset value to a voltage-controlled oscillator to realize frequency offset coarse recovery, and reduces the frequency offset to a fine synchronization algorithm capture range; the frequency offset fine synchronization module performs frequency offset fine estimation byusing an LR algorithm, and further recovers carrier frequency offset; and the carrier phase offset synchronization uses an improved FFML algorithm to perform phase synchronization so as to complete the whole carrier synchronization process.
