An original warp beam pan head yarn feeding mode of two half jacquard guide bars is changed into a mode that the two half jacquard guide bars are negatively fed in a creel yarn feeding modeso as to be used for jacquard weaving, and two ground combs still adopt the original warp beam pan head yarn feeding mode to actively feed yarns to form ground weave. Guide needles form a mesh area along with chaining weft insertion of the ground weave, or the guide needles serve as weft insertion between every two adjacent knitting needles, gaps between the knitting needles are covered with twoextension lines, and a thin area is formed in a leftover material area of a vamp or a garment fabric needing to be woven. Therefore, the stability of the whole cloth can be maintained, and the waste of raw material yarns in the leftover material area is greatly reduced; and compared with the mode that an original device is adopted for producing the same fabric, the yarns in the leftover material area are reduced by 69 percent, so that a way for saving production cost is provided for related fabric production enterprises.
