A first ventilating duct is connected between the air inlet and the first air outlet, a second ventilating duct is connected between the air inlet and the second air outlet, air flowing through the first ventilating duct is exhausted to the outside of the battery swap station through the first air outlet so as to cool a charging bin, and air flowing through the second ventilating duct is exhausted into the charging bin through the second air outlet and is used for heating the charging bin; and the heat exchange system can selectively close the first ventilating duct and the second ventilating duct through valves.
