The method comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment of citrus peel pomace: cleaning, drying and crushing the citruspeel pomace; 2) ultrasonic countercurrent extraction: putting the citrus peel pomace powder into an ultrasonic extraction device, carrying out continuous countercurrent extraction with ethanol, and filtering to obtain a citrus flavonoid extracting solution and filter residues; 3) low-temperature concentration: concentrating the citrus flavonoid extracting solution in a low-temperature concentration device to obtain a citrus flavonoid crude concentrated solution, and recovering ethanol; 4) separation and purification: feeding the citrus flavonoid crude concentrated solution into a chromatographic column for separation and purification, and collecting a citrus flavonoid eluent; and (5) preparation of a finished product: firstly concentrating at low temperature to recover ethanol, and finally performing freeze-drying powder forming in a freeze dryer.
