Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of image recognition, and discloses a progress-stage gastric cancer edge state recognition system based on CT image omics features, and the system comprises a feature extraction network, a region generation network, and a target detection network. The feature extraction network is used for abstracting an input CT image with a drawn ROI and extracting animage omics feature; the region generation network selects an image omics feature by using a Pearson correlation analysis algorithm, establishes a Pearson correlation matrix, calculates paired imageomics feature correlation coefficients, selects an image omics feature with a maximum absolute correlation coefficient average value, and screens an optimal image omics feature by using an SFFS algorithm; the target detection network is used for predicting the positive probability of edge cutting. The system provided by the invention can identify microscopic medical image information which cannotbe identified by naked eyes, can accurately identify the infiltration depth of gastric cancer, and can pre-judge the preoperative excision state.
