The method comprises the steps of forming a random wind speedscene; establishing a single-fan output scene model, and performing multi-scenario joint solution, wherein the establishment of the single-fan output scene model comprises constraints in three aspects: power system constraints, natural gas system constraints and energy conversion equipment constraints, and the power system constraints comprise unit output constraints, unit climbing constraints, spinning reserve constraints, unit start-stop constraints, power node balance equations and power flow equations; the natural gas system constraints comprise a gas well output constraint, an energy storage constraint, a compressor working condition constraint, a pipeline quality equation and a pipeline flow equation; the energy conversion equipment constraints comprise a natural gas node balance equation and first and last header pipe storage constraints.
