The closing driving mechanism comprises a movable handle, a first sliding block, a maintaining part, a closing driving part and an actuating rod, wherein the initial position of at least part of the structure of the first sliding block is located at the near end of the maintaining part; the actuating rod is provided with a pressing part and a yielding part; the initial positions of the pressing part and the yielding part of the actuating rod are both located at the near end of the maintaining part;when the movable handle is held in an initial state, the first sliding block moves towards the far end to be embedded into the maintaining part; and after percussion of the anastomat is completed, themaintaining part is automatically separated from the first sliding block. According to the invention, the position of the closing driving part is limited when a staple head part is closed through embedding of the maintaining part and the first sliding block, so that a closing pull piece is prevented from moving towards the far end of the anastomat when percussion of the anastomat is performed; and after percussion of the anastomat is completed, the maintaining part does not limit the position of the closing driving part any more, and a staple cabin and a staple anvil can be automatically opened.
