A hydraulic oil tank is simultaneously connected with the first proportional electromagnetic valve and the second proportional electromagnetic valve through a duplicate gear pump and then supplies hydraulic oil to two sub-assembly systems in the lifter assembly. An electric control system controls the proportional electromagnetic valves through feedback signals of the two sub-assembly systems.
