The water-based metal anti-corrosion heat-insulation coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: A, slurry components: resin, a cosolvent, a first part of a pH value regulator, a drier, a dispersing agent, a first part of a defoaming agent,an anti-settling agent, a decorative pigment, a near-infrared reflective heat-insulation material and an anti-rust pigment; and B, paint blend components: slurry, acrylic emulsion, inorganic compositegel, a coalescing agent, a second part of a PH value regulator, a second part of a defoaming agent, a base material wetting agent, an anti-flash-rust agent, a salt spray resistant aid, a bactericideand a polyurethane leveling modifier. The preparation method of the water-based metal anticorrosive heat-insulating coating comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials of the coating inparts by mass; sequentially adding the components into a dispersion kettle according to the formula ratio; weighing the raw materials of the coating in parts by mass; and sequentially adding the components into a paint mixing kettle according to the formula ratio.
