This invention relates to the field of
solid waste treatment technology, specifically to a device for the harmless treatment of
wastewater from
solid waste: It includes a pretreatment unit, an electrochemical synergistic reaction tank, and a deep
filtration assembly connected in sequence. In the first
reaction zone, an
anode plate is used to mineralize highly stable organic pollutants, while simultaneously altering the form of dissolved heavy
metal ions through electrodeposition or valence state conversion. Next, a first ultrasonic
transducer prevents
electrode passivation and promotes the migration of pollutants to the
electrode surface. Subsequently, the
wastewater after electrochemical conversion enters the second
reaction zone, where a magnetic adsorption packing layer efficiently adsorbs and immobilizes the converted heavy
metal ions and organic intermediates in situ. Simultaneously, a second ultrasonic
transducer group prevents the adsorption medium from agglomerating and enhances
adsorption kinetics. Using this structure, efficient removal of dissolved heavy
metal ions and highly stable organic pollutants is achieved, resulting in better treatment of
wastewater from
solid waste.
