Abstract

The method comprises the steps of collecting and making a legal case dispute focus data set; a twin BERT model is used, so that the input length can be increased, and the limitation that the BERT length is 512 is broken through; and a more accurate classification result is obtained. According to the invention, a legal case dispute focus result with a better effect can be obtained.
