The method comprises steps of judging whether an adhesion fault happens to a relay or not according to the voltage state of the relay after preset time when the operation state of an automobile is switched from start to flameout; if the adhesion fault occurs, storing the mark information used for indicating that the relay has the adhesion fault into a memory; when the running state is switched from flameout to starting, judging whether mark information exists in the memory or not; if the sign informationexists, judging whether the relay has an adhesion fault or not; and if the relay has the adhesion fault, an adhesion fault signal being sent to the vehicle control unit. According to the method, adhesion diagnosis is carried out on the relay at preset time intervals after the automobile is shut down, and it is guaranteed that the DCDC module is completely discharged. If the relay has the adhesionfault, the adhesion diagnosis is carried out again when the automobile is started, whether the relay has the adhesion fault is further determined, diagnosis accuracy is ensured, and driving safety andthe driving experience are improved.
