Abstract

The invention relates to a stomach tube with core temperature detecting and esophageal reflux preventing actions. The stomach tube comprises a stomach tube body, a reflux-preventing air bag, a charging connector and a temperature sensor, wherein the reflux-preventing air bag is arranged at the periphery of the stomach tube body located at an esophagus, an airway is arranged in a liquid diet passage of the stomach tube body, the lower end of the airway communicates with the reflux-preventing air bag, the upper end of the airway is connected with an inflating pipe, the reflux-preventing air bagtemporarily blocks off the esophagus of a patient after being dilated so as to prevent gastric contents from refluxing; and the temperature sensor is composed of a temperature probe, a signal cable and a plug, the temperature probe is located on the stomach tube body corresponding to 1/3 to 1/2 of the esophagus so as to display a core temperature of the patient. According to the stomach tube disclosed by the invention, the internal temperature of the esophagus of the patient can be measured, meanwhile, normal inflow of fluid foods in a nasogastric tube is not affected, the detected core temperature of the esophagus is displayed through a monitor or display gage head, thus, medical personnel can learn the core temperature of the patient at any time, and diagnosis and treatment on diseases are facilitated.
