Abstract

The intelligent control system comprises a slurry bed reactor, a first micro-interface generator, a second micro-interface generator, a condensation unit, a separation unit, a temperature control circulation unit and a crystallization filter, wherein the slurry bed reactor is used as a reaction place of xylene oxidation and is filled with liquid-phase phthalic acid; at least one first micro-interface generator is arranged on a fixed plate positioned in the slurry bed reactor; and at least one second micro-interface generator is arranged in the slurry bed reactor and is positioned below the first micro-interface generator. The system is further provided with the temperature control circulation unit which is used for pumping liquid at the bottom of the slurry bed reactor into a liquid phase inlet of the second micro-interface generator so as to achieve the effect of circulating a solvent in the reactor.
