The information output host is connected with the temperature measurement host through a network for communication, setting of temperature limit value parameters and division of detection areas are achieved, and when the collected temperature exceeds the set temperature limit value, alarm information is output. Maintenance personnel go to the site for processing, determine an electric leakage point location according to the temperature measurement information after locking a certain region section according to the distance identification label, and process the electric leakage point location. The method is high in measurement precision and wide in coverage, the false alarm rate and the missing report rate are greatly reduced, and real-time detection can be achieved.
