By arranging a first stabilizing plate on the outer wall of the driving shaft, the stability of the driving shaft is improved, the length of the first rotating rod is equal to that of a second rotating rod, the movable rod can drive a movable block to move, and the length of a first strip-shaped groove, the length of a second strip-shaped groove and the length of a third strip-shaped groove are equal; and the width of the first strip-shaped groove is smaller than that of the second strip-shaped groove, so that a sliding plate cannot slide out of the second strip-shaped groove, and the movement track of the sliding block is limited by adding the third strip-shaped groove.
