The flow guide device is installed on the bridge pipe and comprises a motor, a flow guide impeller and a shaft rod, one end of the shaft rod is connected with the motor, and the other end of the shaft rod is connected with the flow guide impeller which is located in the bridge pipe. The ammonia water spraying device is mounted on the bridge pipe and communicated with the interior of the bridge pipe, and a probe of the pressure measuring device extends into the bridge pipe; and a motor of the flow guide device and the pressure measuring device are electrically connected with a control system.
