The system comprises a fuel cell, an air compressor, a storage battery, a pressure storage tank and a brake energy recovery device, wherein the air compressor is connected with the fuel cell, and the air compressor is used for providing high-pressure air for the fuel cell; the storage battery is electrically connected with the brake energy recovery device, and the storage battery is used for storing electric energy generated by the brake energy recovery device and supplying the electric energy to the fuel cell vehicle as auxiliary energy; and the pressure storage tank is connected with the air compressor and used for storing high-pressure air generated by the air compressor when the air supply amount of the air compressor is larger than the air amount needed by the fuel cell.
