Abstract

The mixing device comprises a rack, roller assemblies and a mixing barrel, a guide rail is fixed on each of a front beam and a rear beam of the rack, a fixed shaft box and a movable shaft box assembly are correspondingly arranged on each guide rail, the fixed shaft boxes are fixedly connected with the guide rails, and the movable shaft box assemblies are arranged on the guide rails in a manner of moving along the guide rails; the roller assemblies are rotatably arranged between the fixed shaft boxes and the movable shaft box assemblies at the fronts and the backs of the two guide rails, and the mixing barrel is arranged between the two roller assemblies; and the fixed shaft boxes also drive the corresponding roller assemblies through driving devices, fixed below the fixed shaft boxes, of the rack. Compared with the prior art, the mixing device has the advantages that diameter and the wheel base of the roller assemblies can be changed to be matched with mixing barrels with different diameter specifications, so that the contact angle between the mixing barrel and the roller assemblies is more reasonable, the driving efficiency is higher, and the proper rotating speed can be kept.
