Through the arrangement of a spring, after the certain temperature is reached, the heating can be performed to reduce the elasticity; at the moment, a rotating plate and a jacking plate are in a vertical state with the inner wall of the steel main body under the gravity effect; meanwhile, the jacking plate is abutted against the inner wall of the steel main body, so that the inner wall of the steel main body can be supported between the rotating plate and the jacking plate; the toughness of the steel main body is improved; after the fire hazard is completed, the temperature recovers to the normal state; the spring recovers the original position and jacks the jacking plate to upwards move; the jacking plate is not in contact with the inner wall of the steel main body; the inside of the steel main body can be effectively cooled; and the influence on the inside stability due to too high temperature caused by inside temperature gathering of the steel main body can be avoided.
