In the system, a continuous casting system taking the output direction of amorphous master alloy ingot as a vertical direction is adopted; and through the structural design, external air can be effectively prevented from entering a melting chamber so as to avoid the defects of the amorphous master alloy ingot such as surface cracks, segregation tumors and throwing oscillation marks generated by oxidation.

The anti-spatter agent provided by the invention achieves the effect of no spatter adhesion or the effect that welding spatter can be removed through gently wiping without changing the original welding process and mechanical property of an alloy steel plate, and the welding quality is guaranteed.
