Abstract

The invention provides an optimized drug delivery method of vancomycin for adult high MIC bacterial infection. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a vancomycin optimized two-step infusion method; 2) establishing pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic effect indexes and targets related to the clinical curative effect of vancomycin; 3) establishing a mathematical model of the kinetic/pharmacodynamic indexes of the traditional Chinese medicine in the two-step infusion method; 4) establishing a pharmacokinetic parameter model of vancomycin; 5) substituting the pharmacokinetic parameters and administration parameters of vancomycin and the MIC of the target strain into the mathematical model of the pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic effect index; 6) running Monte Carlo simulation, and calculating the target obtaining probability of high MIC under the specified pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic effect target; and 7) determining an optimized administration scheme according to the target acquisition probability. According to the invention, a proper administration scheme for high MIC is calculated by optimizing an administration mode and utilizing Monte Carlo simulation, so that a doctor can still obtain a better microbiological or clinical curative effect when using vancomycin under high MIC bacterial infection.
