Abstract

The invention provides a high-voltage band-gap reference voltage source which comprises a band-gap reference core module and a high-voltage output module; the band-gap reference core module comprises a zero-temperature-coefficient current generation module used for generating a current in direct proportion to the temperature and a current in inverse proportion to the temperature when the high-voltage band-gap reference voltage source works stably, and after the two currents are superposed according to a certain proportional relation, the band-gap reference core module outputs a band-gap reference current with a zero temperature coefficient; and the high-voltage output module is used for converting the band-gap reference current with the zero temperature coefficient into high-voltage band-gap reference voltage according to an output resistor R3 and outputting the high-voltage band-gap reference voltage. The invention further provides a high-voltage band-gap reference voltage source generation method, a high-voltage fixed power supply and application of the high-voltage fixed power supply.
