The invention provides an asphalt pavement comprehensive performance weight determination method based on a modified analytic hierarchy process, which comprises the following steps: selecting an asphalt pavement needing comprehensive performance evaluation, and determining four index values (PCI, RQI, SFC and SSI) of asphalt pavement performance of the asphalt pavement needing evaluation according to the existing highway asphalt pavement maintenance specifications; processing the four indexes of the asphalt pavement performance by using a modified analytic hierarchy process, constructing an asphalt pavement comprehensive performance index weight determination model, and establishing a judgment matrix of the model; and carrying out consistency check on the judgment matrix to verify whether the judgment matrix meets consistency or not.
