The motion capture module captures offset motion of a patient, and the Kinect interaction module converts the offset motion of the patient into motion in a virtual rehabilitation training scene; the training data analysis module records data of the patient in the virtual rehabilitation training scene and analyzes and evaluates the data; the physical condition monitoring module monitors the physical condition of the patient in the rehabilitation process; and the emergency alarm module carries out real-time alarm after triggering alarm according to the body data result analyzed by the body condition monitoring module.
