The system comprises a flue gas sampling module, an air dilution module and an analysis module; the flue gas sampling module comprises a sampling bent pipe, a T-shaped conversion connector and a sampling straight guide pipe; the sampling bent pipe is connected to a first port of the T-shaped conversion connector; the air dilution module is connected to a second port of the T-shaped conversion interface through a silicone tube; and the sampling straight guide pipe is connected to a third port of the T-shaped conversion connector; the flue gas sampling module collects flue gas in a civil cooker chimney through the sampling bent pipe; the air dilution module sends air used for diluting the flue gas into the sampling straight guide pipe through the T-shaped conversion connector; and the sampling straight guide pipe transmits the diluted flue gas to the analysis module for pollutant detection.
