The system comprises an electric control pump, a fuel gas injection electromagnetic valve, a fuel gas control device and a fuel oil control device, the fuel gas control device and the fuel oil control device are fixed to an engine, and the fuel gas control device and the fuel oil control device work cooperatively; the fuel gas control device and the fuel oil control device are electrically connected with a control device of the engine; the fuel gas control device is electrically connected with the fuel gas injection electromagnetic valve, the fuel gas control device controls the opening time and the opening duration of the fuel gas injection electromagnetic valve, and the fuel gas injection electromagnetic valve is arranged on a pipeline between a natural gas rail and an engine cylinder cover gas inlet channel; and the fuel control device is electrically connected with the electric control pump, the fuel control device controls the starting time and the starting duration of the electric control pump, and the electric control pump is arranged on a pipeline between an engine fuel rail and a cylinder cover fuel injector.
